Effective 07/01/2013- First time DUI offenders can waive their right to contest their administrative suspension within ten (10) days of their arrest. In exchange for waiving the right to contest the suspension, an applicant may obtain a restricted driver license, if otherwise eligible. To request the waiver of the administrative review, a non-refundable filing fee of $ 25.00 and proof of DUI school enrollment must be submitted with your application for a waiver of the review hearing within ten (10) days of the arrest. You must submit your request by appearing at the local Bureau of Administrative Reviews office indicated on the DUI citation.

3.Start Driving: The waiver of the review hearing will allow you to continue driving during the suspension period and avoid the mandatory thirty (30) days (if submitted to breath test) or Ninety (90) days (if refused breath test), but may have other consequences depending upon your situation.
