A drug test may be administered with a referral or with a written request from your Probation Officer or Case Manager.

Come to any of the two convenient locations. Downtown Ft. Lauderdale (across the street from court) and the Hollywood office.

• When registering for drug screening, bring a valid official government ID and Drug Test Referral.
