You have chosen to take the Drug, Alcohol, Traffic Education course (D.A.T.E.™) via Broward-Dade Safety Council and MyFirstLicense.com. It is our sincere hope that this information will help you become a safe, conscientious, and sober driver as a result of this course content. In order to begin, you will need to have the following ready - without them you will not be able to take the course:

A pen and paper or a printer connection to print out your test key number to proceed to the test.

Terms and Conditions

The student named on the payment registration form consents to the enrollment and participation requirements of the online Drug, Alcohol, Traffic Education (D.A.T.E.™) course found at MyFirstLicense.com.

Said student is a resident of the state of Florida and is at least 14 years old at the time of course registration.

Said student will personally take the course and exams without assistance of another person.

Said student will read the entire Drug, Alcohol, Traffic Education (D.A.T.E.™) course guidelines and agree to all of its terms, rules and procedures for completion of the course.

Said student will allow all information to be disclosed and/or tracked for studies and/or audits pertaining to the effectiveness and compliance of the online Drug, Alcohol, Traffic Education (D.A.T.E.™) course found at MyFirstLicense.com.

Said student is aware that this program must be completed within 90 days of receipt of access to course site.

Said student has reviewed all statements made on the payment registration form and agrees that they are true and correct.

Required Additional Information:

Please provide the last four digits of your social security number when making your payment (bottom of next page). It must be four numbers. This number will be used by the state (along with your birthday) to identify you when you go to get your license.
